Shipping, Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Zemdrop, we want your shopping experience to be seamless. Please read this policy carefully to understand our shipping timelines, return eligibility, refund process, and cancellation terms.


1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Delivery Timelines

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-metro & Tier 2/3 cities: 5–8 business days
  • Remote areas: 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above a specified threshold (as displayed at checkout only on Offers).
  • A flat shipping fee applies to orders below the threshold.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your order on the courier partner's website.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt re-delivery. After 2–3 failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.


2. Return Policy

Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Items purchased during sale or with a discount code are not eligible for return unless defective.
  • The following items are non-returnable: innerwear, accessories, and customised/personalised products.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at zemdropvintage@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.


3. Refund Policy

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • For UPI, net banking, and wallet payments, refunds are typically credited within 3–5 business days.
  • For credit/debit card payments, refunds may take 7–10 business days depending on your bank.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in cases where items are returned in a condition that does not meet our return eligibility criteria.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Items returned after the 7-day return window.
  • Items that are used, washed, damaged, or missing tags.
  • Original shipping charges (if applicable).

4. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
  • To cancel, email us at zemdropvintage@gmail.comΒ with your Order ID.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery.

Order Cancellation by Zemdrop

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable.
  • Suspected fraudulent transaction.
  • Incorrect pricing or product information on the website.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at zemdropvintage@gmail.comΒ with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
